To ensure ISO 9001: 2008 audit is implemented at least twice a year.

To ensure Administration Review Meeting (MKSP) is implemented at least once a year.

To ensure MS ISO 9001: 2008 Internal Audit is implemented twice a year.

To ensure the collection of Star Rating Indicator is done once a year.

To ensure Annual Report is prepared and updated by 31 December each year.

To ensure all clients who come to deal at MDCH are attended to within 5 minutes.

To ensure all complaints received from clients are given feedback within 30 days from the date the complaints are received.

To ensure feedback to agencies such as the Public Complaints Bureau (PCB) and the State Secretary (SUK) is given according to allocated duration.

To ensure all complaints are taken action within 7 days.
ASSET MANAGEMENT SECTION

To ensure each complete application for rental of Building is processed within 30 days from the advertised date to the date for interview.

To ensure stall confiscation is done within 7 days after the notice expires.

To ensure external collection of stall rental is done before the 14th of each month.

To ensure application for the development of land owned by MDCH to be developed by cooperation, privatisation and individuals is taken action within 30 days after complete application is received.
ADMINISTRATION AND HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION, DEPARTMENT OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES

To process and deliver staff application for housing loan to the Department of Treasury Malaysia within 21 days.

To issue staff Medical Guarantee Letter within 3 days.

To distribute letters received to internal departments within 1 day.

Matters relating to pension for mandatory retirees are resolved in not more than 30 minutes.

To ensure management for the deceased staff and family members are resolved within 2 hours.
